Return & Refund Policy — Kaltury

At Kaltury, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

At Kaltury, we offer returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

If your product falls under any of the above categories, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim a replacement or exchange, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The process of opening the package

  • The product condition after opening

Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted by Kaltury.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is not damaged but you do not like it

  • Minor color or design variation due to lighting or screen differences

  • Improper handling or misuse by the customer

  • Protective elements (like earring caps, packaging materials) misunderstood as damage

  • Requests made after the allowed time period

4. Replacement Policy

If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective after verification:

  • Kaltury will provide a replacement of the same product, or

  • Store credit (if replacement is not available)

We do not provide refunds in such cases unless the product is out of stock.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product is out of stock for replacement, or

  • Kaltury is unable to provide a suitable resolution

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Quality Verification Process

All return requests at Kaltury are subject to internal quality checks. We may review:
